BETTY "DUALLY" LEHAN'S MEMORIAL...

Remember the smiley face and great humor of our very own, Betty "Dually"? She has been a bright light in so many people's lives. We are saddened to share the news that Betty passed away on Wednesday, July 30th. Please join us on Sunday morning, August 10th for a time of reflection, stories, and prayer in honor of Betty. Our regular Serenity Sunday gathering will be from 10 - 11am (regular time), and our memorial time honoring Betty will begin at 11:15am and go until 12:30pm. Along with your "Betty story", bring a food dish to share with the group. See you there!

TEMPORARY LOCATION CHANGE...

Serenity Sunday will meet at Remington's Lounge at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort for the next 2 Sunday's in July: July 13th & 20th. Please remind your friends that we'll meet at the same time (10am-11am) for these two Sunday's. The Scottsdale Plaza Resort is located at the NW corner of Scottsdale Rd & Indian Bend Rd. Our regular location (Scottsdale Ranch Community Center) will be under renovation for 2 weeks while we're away.

We'll be back to the Scottsdale Ranch Community Center on Sunday, July 27th.

OUR MEETING LOCATION...

We were planning on moving back to the Scottsdale Plaza Resort for the summer months while the Scottsdale Ranch Community Center (SRCC) was to be going through a large remodel project. We've been informed that the SRCC is not going to do the remodel project this summer... so, we'll stay put - and continue to meet at the SRCC on Shea & 100th Street! Same time... same place!Thank you for your participation in Serenity Sunday! - You make a great difference!

POT-LUCK FUN on APRIL 6TH!

YES! Our second Pot-Luck event will be on Sunday, April 6th, right after the 1 hour Spiritual Fitness Workout! Bring your favorite dish to share and BRING A FRIEND! Once again, we'll have BOATS taking everyone on relaxing cruises of beautiful Lake Serena. (Shea & 100th Street... right outside our meeting location) We hope to see you for some FOOD, FUN, and FELLOWSHIP!!
